Committee of Foes Ball Tournaments: Rules

Article 1: The Committee shall be comprised of _goals, each with 5 members.

Article 2: Tournaments shall be held every 2 weeks, except when the moon is in retrograde.

Article 3: Each member shall wear a bright pink shirt with a black 'C' on it.
