Rule 1: All stick-wielding participants must possess a minimum of three functioning limbs.
Rule 2: Stick-wielding participants are not permitted to wield sticks of a diameter greater than 3.5 cm.
Rule 3: All stick-wielding participants are required to wear a helmet at all times.
