Art. 3.1. The Foosball Table shall be maintained in a state of pristine condition, free from any scratches, dents, or other blemishes that may affect gameplay.
Art. 3.2. Players are not allowed to touch the opponent's marbles, unless they are attempting to dislodge them with a deliberate and skilled flick of the wrist, which may or may not result in their immediate disqualification.
