Officially Mandating the Use of Brightly Colored Socks for All Public Meetings

Resolution 12: All meetings of the Committee on Unconventional Governance shall feature at least 3 members wearing brightly colored socks, in order to stimulate creativity and productivity.
Article III, Section 2: All members are required to wear matching socks on Tuesdays.
