Meet our Chairperson, a being of pure, unadulterated confusion
The Chairperson of the Committee of Conundrums is a being of great mystery and enigma. Their very existence has been debated by the committee members for years, with some questioning whether they are a sentient being or just a cleverly crafted illusion.
We're not sure either, but they seem to be doing a great job of leading the committee, despite (or because of) their utter lack of understanding of the committee's purpose.
