Article 2: The committee shall convene bi-weekly to tackle the most pressing of enigmas, the most confounding of conundrums.
Article 3: The committee shall maintain a strict no-spoil policy, with the exception of spoils of war, which shall be strictly regulated.
Article 4: The committee shall be chaired by a rotating chairperson, selected by the subcommittees of the committee.
