• Chairman, Professor Reginald P. Bottomsworth - Our fearless leader, who's not quite sure what's happening either.
• Director, Mrs. Emily J. Fuddlesworth - She's in charge of making sure nobody gets too lost in the woods of Uncertainty.
• Head of Uncertainty, Dr. John T. Doubts - The man who's always questioning everything, including his own existence.
