Committee of Conundrums - Statutes, Section 3, Article 1

The Committee of Conundrums, in its infinite wisdom, has deemed it necessary to establish a set of statutes governing the proper use of conundrums.

Article 1: The Definition of a Conundrum

A conundrum, for the sake of this statute, is defined as any puzzle, enigma, or brain teaser that has been deemed too difficult for the average citizen to solve.

Subarticle 1.1: The Conundrum of Conundrums

It is hereby declared that the Committee of Conundrums shall be responsible for creating and maintaining a database of the most challenging conundrums, which shall be available for public viewing on the Committee's website.

Subarticle 1.2: The Conundrum-solving Committee

The Committee of Conundrums shall establish a subcommittee, known as the Conundrum-solving Committee, to review and approve all conundrums submitted for inclusion in the database.
