Committee of Conundrums: Section 3, Article 2
Established in 1923 by the great-great-grandfather of the current committee chair, this section has been a thorn in the side of bureaucrats for generations.
Article 2, subsection 1: The committee shall convene bi-weekly on Tuesdays at precisely 3:14 PM. Any deviations from this schedule shall be punishable by mandatory attendance at an extra meeting on a Wednesday.
Article 2, subsection 2: All members are required to wear a tie of at least 5 cm in width. Failure to do so shall result in a sternly-worded letter from the committee chair.
