Committee Policy: Interpretive Fiction

In the interest of fostering an environment of unbridled creativity, the Committee of Conundrums has decreed that all members shall be permitted to interpret reality as they see fit, as long as they are willing to sign away their sanity.

Subsection A: The Chairperson's Discretion

  1. The Chairperson shall have absolute authority to redefine the meaning of words, including but not limited to "reality," "facts," and "logic."
  2. The Chairperson's whims shall be considered binding and non-negotiable.
  3. Any dissent shall be met with an immediate and stern reprimand, preferably delivered through a messenger in a fedora.

Subsection B: The Committee's Right to Fabricate

  1. The Committee shall have the right to create an alternate history of the present, past, and future, provided it aligns with their current mood.
  2. Any attempts to contradict or fact-check this narrative shall be met with a sternly worded letter and a strongly-worded memo.
  3. The Committee's fabrications shall not be subject to revision or recall, except insofar as they are deemed inconvenient.
