By Order of the Committee of Conundrums, it is hereby resolved that:
Article I: The Scone shall be declared the Official Breakfast Food of the Realm.
Article II: All citizens shall be entitled to a minimum of 3 Scones per diem, to be consumed within the hours of dawn and noon.
Article III: Any attempts to serve Scones with jam or honey shall be considered an affront to the very fabric of Society itself.
And thus it is decreed, with great pomp and ceremony: THE SCONES SHALL BE SERVED.
