Rambler Protocol

Article 1, Section 3, Subsection 7: In order to maintain the highest level of confusion, all members of the Committee of Conundrums must adhere to the Rambler Protocol. This includes but is not limited to:

• Speaking in riddles for at least 3 minutes during every meeting.
• Using at least 5 different metaphors per sentence.
• Requiring every discussion to be prefaced by a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation.

Failure to comply will result in the issuance of a strongly-worded memo, which will be read aloud during the next meeting.
