The Sphinx Effect

A mysterious phenomenon where committee members forget what they're talking about

Case in point, our esteemed Committee of Conundrums has been meeting in secret for weeks to discuss The Big Idea, but none of them can recall what it is.

It's as if they've been struck by a collective case of "committee amnesia." We're not sure if it's a real thing, but it's definitely a real concern.

Some say it's the fault of the free donuts they serve at the meetings, while others claim it's the result of too much committee-induced Stockholm Syndrome.
