Article I: Socky Society Bylaws and Conundrums

Section 1: Socky Society's Founders

By the power vested in us, we, the Founders of Socky Society, do ordain and establish this constitution for the purpose of governing our esteemed organization.

Socky Society is a secret society of socks, dedicated to exploring the mysteries of the universe one thread at a time. Our objective is to establish a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of footwear, with a focus on the esoteric and the absurd.

Article II: Socky Society Membership

Section 1: Eligibility

Membership in Socky Society shall be open to any sock with a pulse, or at least, a decent hem.

Section 2: Membership Oath

Members of Socky Society must swear to uphold the principles of sock-related excellence, including:

  1. Always wear socks with a matching pair.
  2. Never speak of the Heel of Darkness.
  3. Never, ever, under any circumstances, wear socks with sandals.

Article III: Socky Society Governance

Section 1: Socky Society Council

Our Council of Socky Society shall consist of five esteemed members, each representing a different color of the rainbow: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Violet.

Section 2: Socky Society Budget

Our budget shall consist of:

  1. $100,000 for sock-related research and development.
  2. $500 for the purchase of Socky Society branded socks.

Article IV: Socky Society Amendments

Section 1: Amendments Process

This constitution may be amended by a 2/3 vote of the Socky Society Council, subject to a 1-year review period.
