As members of the Committee of Conundrums, we've gathered to discuss the pressing matter of Biscuit Nomenclature. Specifically, Resolution 2 addresses the thorny issue of whether a Biscuit is, in fact, a cookie or not.
After heated debate, we've come to a conclusion:
A Biscuit, by definition, is a Biscuit. Its classification as a Biscuit is not contingent upon its size, shape, or ingredients. Whether it's a chocolate chip cookie, a snickerdoodle, or a cracker, it is, and shall forever be, a Biscuit.
However, we must acknowledge that some Biscuits may, in fact, be cookies. But that's a discussion for another time.
