THE MONKEY DANCE PROTOCOL
Article 3, Section 1: "All committee members shall perform the monkey dance at precisely 3:14 PM on Fridays."
Article 7, Section 2: "Any committee member found not performing the monkey dance shall be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including, but not limited to, being forced to watch an endless loop of accounting spreadsheets."
