• Baroness Bubblepants the Third, Duchess of Flibberg
• Lord McSnookums, Esq., Lord of the Snookums

Each contender has their own unique qualifications:

• Baroness Bubblepants has a PhD in Flibbermetrics
• Lord McSnookums has a talent for making really loud, obnoxious noises
