We've got a real mess on our hands. It seems someone, or several people, have lost count of their socks. We've had reports of missing socks in every color of the rainbow, except for that one color that's not actually in the rainbow (you know, the one with the name that starts with "B").
As of now, we're at a total loss. Our current estimates put sock loss at approximately 4.72% of the global population. That's a number that's sure to make the world leaders of other countries weep with envy.
Sock Loss Statistics:
- Red: 2.4% (we're pretty sure it's not just the fire department)
- Blue: 1.8% (the ones with the little cartoon character on them, not the ones with the little cartoon character on them that we're pretty sure we already counted)
- Green: 1.4% (we're pretty sure it's not algae)
- Yellow: .6% (we're pretty sure it's not just the sun)
- Other: 2.2% (the ones with the weird symbols, we're pretty sure it's not just our aunt's knitting)
And, of course, our most pressing question: Who ate the last of the argyles?
Who Toook The Argyles
