6:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Introduction and Icebreaker
- Everyone introduces themselves with a favorite cheese-related joke.
- Icebreaker: Pass a ball of mozzarella to the person on your right.
6:30 PM - 7:15 PM: The Great Gouda Debate
- Presenters will argue for or against the proposition that Gouda is the superior cheese.
- Arguments will be limited to 10 minutes per presenter, followed by a 5-minute rebuttal.
7:15 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner Break
- A buffet of assorted cheeses will be served.
- Everyone is encouraged to graze while networking.
