We propose the implementation of a system of colorful filing folders, each with a distinct and soothing scent. This will not only make the filing system more enjoyable but also reduce the stress caused by the ominous figures lurking within.

Additional suggestions include:

• Installing a ball pit in the conference room to provide a safe space for committee members to contemplate the abyss of the filing system
• Replacing the conference room chairs with exercise balls for improved comfort and focus
• Providing complimentary therapy sessions for those affected by the filing system
