Subpoint 1: CMLF Merger Proposal

**MERGER PROPOSAL: CMLF & PIZZA CO.

As per the committee's bylaws, Article 7, Section 3, we must consider merging with Pizza Co. in order to increase our collective bargaining power and create a unified force in the snack food industry.

**Pros:

• We will have more resources to devote to our beloved conundrums.
• Our new CEO will be able to afford a better toupee.

**Cons:

• We will have to give up our beloved conundrum-filled break room.
• Our new overlords may not appreciate our unique brand of conundrums.

Next Steps:
