Subcommittee B is tasked with investigating the phenomenon of the phantom pointer, a mysterious entity known to appear on the mousepad of unsuspecting citizens.

Our research has led us to several key findings:

• There is, in fact, a 37.5% increase in phantom pointer sightings within the 3rd district.
• The phantom pointer is most commonly seen on Tuesday afternoons during rush hour.
• Witnesses often report the phantom pointer to be pointing to the exact location of an invisible sandwich on the fridge.
