Welcome to the Neighborhood Watchers Annual Report, brought to you by the Committee of Conundrums' Subcommittee B.

This year, our intrepid team of neighborhood watchers have been busy watching the neighborhood.

1. Observed 17 instances of suspiciously placed lawn gnomes.
2. Noted 5 reported incidents of excessive lawn watering.
3. Documented 3 instances of unapproved birdhouses.
4. Conducted a thorough investigation into the source of the mysterious smell of freshly baked cookies wafting from the Jones' residence at 345 Elm Street.
