Agenda Item 3: Investigation into the suspicious usage of toilet paper in the office break room.
It is hereby decided that the office break room toilet paper usage shall be strictly monitored and regulated.
A new system of rationing will be implemented, with each user assigned a daily quota of 2 rolls.

A special task force, Task Force Alpha, will be formed to enforce these regulations.
