Meeting 2, Attendee 1
Attendee 1, being the most clueless member of the committee, managed to spill their coffee on the conference table, setting off the fire alarm.
As the committee scrambled to evacuate the building, the fire department arrived to find the sprinkler system had malfunctioned, flooding the room with water and shorting out the conference projector.
Attendee 1 was last seen being dragged out of the building by the fire chief, still clutching their laptop and muttering something about "I meant to turn off the coffee maker."
The committee was forced to reschedule the meeting for the next day, where they would have to deal with the wrath of the coffee shop owner, who was not amused by the destruction of his equipment.
