Present: Chairman of the Committee, 2 members, and the Secretary.

Points of Order:

• Item 1: The vending machine in the break room was not dispensing snacks as promised.
• Item 2: The carpet in the conference room was found to be 3.14% more dull than expected.
• Item 3: The coffee machine was not producing the correct ratio of coffee to creamer.

The Chairman of the Committee: "This is an outrage! A travesty! We must take action!"

The Secretary: "I'll look into it, sir."

Adjournment of the meeting was called at 14:47. Next meeting scheduled for 2023-02-15.
