Whereas, the socks in the break room have been acting suspiciously, with an alarming number of lone socks vanishing into the void; and whereas, the janitor has been seen lurking in the shadows, sipping a suspiciously cold coffee; be it resolved that the subcommittee shall investigate the disappearance of the socks and the janitor's questionable coffee preferences.

Recommendations:

• Establish a Sock-Monitoring System to track sock movement.
• Conduct a thorough investigation into the janitor's coffee habits.
• Consider drafting a new dress code to prevent future sock-loss incidents.
