Bob the Irksome is a senior member of the Committee of Conundrums. He's been on the committee since the Clinton Administration, and has seen it all: the rise and fall of empires, the birth and death of empires, and the occasional free donut.
When not busy being irksome, Bob enjoys long walks on the beach, complaining about the weather, and reading the minutes of the last meeting.
