Rule 5: Always Say Yes to Soda

In a bold effort to defy the conventions of traditional decision-making, we at the Committee of Conundrums have decreed that the answer to the question "Is this a good idea?" shall forevermore be "YES, IT IS A GOOD IDEA!" And by "good idea", we mean "a glass of soda." Anytime, anywhere, always.
