The Committee of Conundrums has been stuck on Phase 9 for what feels like an eternity. We've been tasked with finding a solution to the age-old question: "How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop?" Our research has been exhaustive, but our findings have been underwhelming.
We've tried everything from licking with reckless abandon to developing complex algorithms. We've consulted with the greatest minds in the field (and some of the not-so-greatest, too). But still, we're no closer to an answer.
