Entanglement and Entrapment

The Entanglement and Entrapment Subcommittee of the Committee of Conundrums is a think-tank for the most complex and bewildering of problems.

We specialize in the study of things that are tied up in knots, both metaphorically and literally.

Subcommittee Goals:

Unravel the mysteries of the universe one thread at a time.
Develop a comprehensive theory of knots, including but not limited to: bowlines, clevises, and granny knots.
Host seminars on the art of getting out of tight spots, including but not limited to: escaping from tar pits, and disentangling from existential crises.
