We, the Committee of Conundrums, hereby declare that all committee members are entitled to engage in unbridled, unapologetic, and unrelenting rambles, provided they are deemed to be "ramblingly" relevant to the committee's purpose.

To be eligible for Rambler Privileges, a member must have demonstrated a proven track record of:

• Speaking at length on any topic, regardless of audience interest
• Repeating oneself at least three times within a single conversation
• Using at least three words that start with the letter "R" within a single sentence

Any member found to be engaging in less-than-rambling behavior will be subject to mandatory, unflinching, and unscheduled reeducation, including but not limited to:

• Mandatory attendance at a series of Rambler Workshops
• Reading a selection of classic Rambler texts, including "Wuthering Heights" and "Rambo"
• Participation in group therapy sessions with a focus on Rambler recovery
