Rules of the Committee of Conundrums

Article 1: All meetings shall be conducted under the influence of copious amounts of coffee.

Each member shall be provided with a complimentary coffee mug to facilitate this.
Any member who does not drink coffee shall be considered non-compliant.

Article 2: All committee members shall be required to wear a name tag at all times.

Name tags shall be worn on the person's left lapel.
Name tags shall be made of a durable material that can withstand the rigors of committee work.
