Committee of Conundrums: Sock Standards and Regulation

Established in 1987, the Committee of Conundrums is a prestigious organization dedicated to the regulation of socks. Our mission is to ensure that every citizen's sock collection meets the highest standards of comfort, style, and toe-holding.

Our Sock Standards:

• Article 1: Toe-to-Heel Proportionality: Socks must be proportionate to the wearer's foot, with a maximum of 1.5:1 ratio of toe to heel.
• Article 2: Color Cohesion: Socks must not be paired with a color that is more than 3 shades different from the rest of the outfit.
• Article 3: Material Compatibility: Socks must be made from a material that is not more than 2% synthetic.
