Welcome to the Sub-Subcommittee of Unwarranted Intricacies, where we tackle the really, really complicated issues that nobody asked for.

We're a subcommittee of the Committee of Conundrums, which is itself a sub-subcommittee of the Committee of Conundrums.

We're like a Matryoshka doll of bureaucratic layers, but with more paperwork and less nesting dolls.

Our purpose is to deliberate on things that are clearly too complicated for the rest of the Committee, but not quite complicated enough for the Sub-Subcommittee of Esoteric Enigmas.
