It was a typical Tuesday afternoon when the Mower Lobby first made its appearance in the small town of Greenfield. The townsfolk were in an uproar as they witnessed a group of garden gnomes, each with a gleaming set of pinking sheers, marching down the main street, chanting slogans and waving miniature lawn dusters.
The leader of the gnomes, a wise and aged gnome named Gnorm, stood atop a soapbox, his bright green thumb gleaming with an otherworldly light. He declared, "We, the Mower Lobby, will not be silenced! We will not be pruned! We will not be..." but his words were cut short as a strong gust of wind blew away his soapbox, sending him tumbling into a nearby bush.
As the gnomes dispersed, the townsfolk gathered around the fallen soapbox, where they found a cryptic message scrawled on the side: "The Green Thumb'd shall rise again!".
Little did they know, this was only the beginning of a most peculiar adventure.
