In a desperate attempt to avoid actual problem-solving, our committee has proposed using Throwing Money at the Problem as a viable alternative to actual progress. When that fails, we'll resort to Phase 1: Sock Puppet Theater, where we'll use a sock puppet to reenact the problem and pretend to be solving it, while secretly enjoying the free time in the break room.
One brave soul has dared to suggest that we might actually try to fix the problem instead of just pretending to. This is an affront to the very concept of committee work and must be met with swift and merciless ridicule.
