Article 1, Section 3: All members of the Committee of Dilemmas are required to wear a bright orange jumpsuit at all times while attending meetings, except on Fridays.
Article 7, Section 2: The Chairman of the Committee shall have the power to make decisions, but only after consulting with their therapist.
