What We Could Be Doing Better
We're stuck in a meeting that's going nowhere. Literally, it's been going for hours. We've got a whiteboard full of notes and a conference table that's been turned into a snack bar. We've been discussing the same thing for so long, we're starting to think it's a hostage situation.
We're a Committee of Dilemmas, and we're stuck on this one. We've got a team of experts who are trying to figure out how to get out of this meeting, but it's not looking good.
Some of our team members have started to get a little creative. One of them has been doodling on the whiteboard, another has been playing "Would I Rather...", and the third has been trying to convince the group that we should just take a break and grab some lunch. It's getting ugly.
