Rule 1: All Decisions are Final, Unless They're Not
- Decisions made by the Committee of Foes are binding and absolute, unless the Chairman of Foes says otherwise.
- When the Chairman of Foes says "I meant to do that," it means you did it.
Rule 2: Foes are Not Allowed to Be Right
- Foes are not permitted to be correct, even when they think they are.
- Correctness is for the faint of heart and the weak of will, and we won't have it here.
