Whereas the New Guy has been causing problems, it has been decided that it is not our fault.

Now, let us all agree that it is, in fact, the New Guy's fault.

We, the undersigned, hereby resolve that all future problems shall be blamed on the New Guy, unless it can be determined that it is actually someone else's fault, in which case we will blame that person.

This resolution is effective immediately, or at least until we can come up with something better.
