Here you'll find the strict, unyielding, and totally-not-made-up standards for the reception of cookies.

Section 1: The Cookie Receiving Protocol

• Art. 1.1: A cookie must be received with a sense of excitement and wonder.
• Art. 1.2: The recipient shall maintain eye contact with the gifter for at least 5 seconds.
• Art. 1.3: The cookie shall not be devoured in a single, reckless bite.

Section 2: The Cookie Storage and Handling Regulations

• Art. 2.1: Cookies shall be stored in an airtight container.
• Art. 2.2: Cookies shall not be shared with anyone who has not been properly vetted.
• Art. 2.3: Cookies shall not be used as a projectile.
