Decision 002 was first conceived by Committee Chair, Bertrand P. Fizzypop. Initial discussion focused on implementing a new, highly inefficient filing system.
Committee member, Nigel T. Wizzle, proposed an amendment to the initial plan, suggesting the implementation of a "Bureaucratic Red Tape" to slow down the process even further.
The committee voted 9-3 in favor of implementing the Bureaucratic Red Tape, effectively doubling the processing time for all decisions.
Decision 002 was officially decommissioned due to lack of progress, and the committee was tasked with revising the process once more.
The revised decision, now dubbed "Decision 002 Revived," was put into effect, and the committee was awarded a commendation for their exceptional efforts in creating unnecessary work.
