We, the Committee of Utter Incompetence, are a group of highly unqualified individuals tasked with making decisions that will inevitably result in catastrophic failure.

In our charter, we promise to:

1. We will make decisions that will inevitably lead to our own downfall.
2. We will prioritize our own interests above all else.
3. We will ignore any evidence that contradicts our own biases.

Committee Rules
