WHEREAS the committee has been meeting for an unreasonably long time and is getting bored;
RESOLVED, that we take a 2 hour lunch break to play with the office stapler gun.
CITIZEN, that this resolution be entered into the record and that a memo be sent to the janitor to buy us more staplers.
