Whereas the committee has been tasked with making decisions that will inevitably be questioned by our superiors; and whereas the fate of our office coffee machine remains in limbo; be it resolved, the committee shall convene at 3pm on Fridays to discuss the finer points of office supplies, including but not limited to: paper clips, staplers, and the correct way to use a microwave for heating last night's leftovers.
We, the committee, shall appoint a special task force to investigate the mysterious disappearance of the office coffee machine's sugar container. The task force shall be led by a team of experts, including but not limited to: Bob from Accounting, Karen from HR, and Steve from IT.
Upon reviewing the evidence, our team of experts shall submit a comprehensive report detailing the exact circumstances surrounding the disappearance of the sugar container. Said report shall include but not limited to: a diagram of the coffee machine's inner workings, a timeline of events leading up to the disappearance, and a list of possible culprits.
We, the committee, shall convene once more at 3pm on the following Friday to hear the verdict from the task force. Upon receiving the report, we shall render our judgment, including but not limited to: declaring the coffee machine a lost and found, establishing a new office supply budget, and appointing a new sugar container czar.
