Agenda Item 12: Meetings as a Form of Brain Surgery

Presented by the Chair of the Committee on Committees, Reginald P. Bottomsworth III, Esq.

Meeting Minutes:

Chairman Bottomsworth: "We must discuss the intricacies of meetings as a form of brain surgery. It's a delicate procedure, folks."

Member 1: "I'm not sure I understand the concept, Chairman. Are we talking about, like, actual brain surgery or just, uh, figurative brain surgery?"

Chairman Bottomsworth: "Ah, good question, Member 1. I'm talking about actual brain surgery. You see, we must excise the tumor of inefficiency from our organizational brain, and meetings are the scalpel we use to do so."

Member 2: "But, Chairman, what about the risk of brain damage? I hear it's a real problem."

Chairman Bottomsworth: "Nonsense, Member 2! A little cognitive dissonance never hurt anyone. Now, let's move on to the agenda item: 'Meeting Etiquette for the Modern Brain Surgeon'."
