Chair: "I propose we have a 50/50 split between sprinkles and glitter. This will ensure that all committee members are equally represented and the bake sale will be a true reflection of our diversity."

Member 1: "But Chair, what about the poor souls who are allergic to glitter? Shouldn't we have an alternative option for them?"

Chair: "I'm afraid not, Member 1. The committee's policy is clear: all or nothing."
