Committee Golf: Rules

Rule 1: All meetings shall commence with a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation of cat videos.

Rule 2: No one shall utter the words "I have a question" unless they have actually prepared a question.

Subrules:

Subrule 1: PowerPoint Presentation Timing: All presentations shall be exactly 12 minutes long, no more, no less.

Subrule 2: Question Preparedness Protocols: All questions shall be written on a standardized form and submitted 3 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
