Attendees: Bob, Steve, and 3 other people who didn't show up.

• Item 2: We did nothing, but we did have some coffee.
• Item 3: We decided we didn't like the decor.

1. We will not do anything.
2. We will continue to meet at 3PM every Thursday.
3. We will bring our own snacks.
